So they boys are over to watch a UFC fight and they wanted something spicy to go with their "cold beer" so I hit them with this dish. (Not for those who can't handle the heat) enjoy 😆

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbraw shrimp, deveined and peeled
  2. 1 1/2 cupsnowpeas
  3. 3 clovegarlic, minced
  4. 1 1/2 tbspfresh ginger, minced
  5. 2 tbspRed curry paste
  6. 1/2 cuplow sodium chicken stock
  7. 1lime, zest and juice
  8. 1 tbspsesame oil
  9. Marinade
  10. 1/4 cupsoya sauce
  11. 3/4 tbspcornstarch
  12. 4 tbspwhisky (or chicken stock if you don't cook with alcohol)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix ingredients for marinade and marinade shrimp for 30 min

  2. 2

    Heat oil in wok/pan, and stir fry garlic, ginger and red curry paste.

  3. 3

    Add shrimp to wok, and add 2 tbs of the marinade as well. Cook until shrimp just turn pink (but still raw-ish)

  4. 4

    Add your snow peas and your chicken stock. Cook until shrimp fully cooked and Snowpeas cooked but still crisp.

  5. 5

    Finish with the lemon juice and zest and serve with steamed rice or noodles.
