First boil the eggs when fresh. Let cool and peel the skin. We cut it in half and remove the yolks. In a bowl mix the yolks cooked with chunks of tuna and mayonnaise, and salt it to taste. We filled another bowl with cold water and mix with the dye we want and enter the egg whites, between 5 to 10 minutes enough to be stained. We removed the water and place the clear and colored on paper towels. Fill the eggs with yolk mixture and garnish with chopped fresh chives and sour sauce. . . . . . . Primero cocemos los huevos si son frescos. Dejamos enfriar y pelamos la cáscara. Los partimos a la mitad y le quitamos las yemas. En un bol mezclamos las yemas cocidas, con los trozos de atún y la mayonesa, y salamos al gusto. Llenamos otro bol con agua fría y mezclamos con el colorante que queramos e introducimos las claras de los huevos, entre 5 o 10 minuto
