3 tbspOlive Oil
2 tbspLipton onion Soup Mix
1 tbspSoy Sauce
1 cupDry Sherry
1/2 tspOregano Flakes
1 tspFresh Garlic, Minced
1 tspBlack Pepper
1 tspSalt
1/8 tspAllspice
1Meat and Vegitables as needed

Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes.

Combine ingredients to make marinade. Marinade for several hours.

Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.

Prepare Vegetables.. Dip vegetables in marinade before skewering.
5

Cook .. use leftover marinade as wash during the cooking process.
