  1. 3 tbspOlive Oil
  2. 2 tbspLipton onion Soup Mix
  3. 1 tbspSoy Sauce
  4. 1 cupDry Sherry
  5. 1/2 tspOregano Flakes
  6. 1 tspFresh Garlic, Minced
  7. 1 tspBlack Pepper
  8. 1 tspSalt
  9. 1/8 tspAllspice
  10. 1Meat and Vegitables as needed

Steps

1 hour
  1. 1

    Cut meat into 1 1/2 inch cubes.

  2. 2

    Combine ingredients to make marinade. Marinade for several hours.

  3. 3

    Soak skewers in water for 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Prepare Vegetables.. Dip vegetables in marinade before skewering.

  5. 5

    Cook .. use leftover marinade as wash during the cooking process.
