Ingredients

  • 1 litterFull cream milk
  • 2 tbspRefined flour
  • 2 tbsp or as per tasteSugar
  • 1 tbspMilk made
  • 2 tbspChiraonji
  • 2 tbspChopped cashew nut
  • 2 tbspPistachio
  • 2 tbspChopped almonds
  • as neededchopped nuts and rose petal for garnish
  • 1+1 tspGreen cardamom powder
  • 1 tbsp + morePure ghee for frying

Steps

    Boil milk in a heavy bottom pan. After boiling, add chopped nuts, milk made, cardamom powder and turn the heat to low. Keep stirring occasionally. In a bowl add flour, cardamom powder and make a thin batter by adding water.

    Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and add batter cook while string continuously till it's reaches the consistency of a halwa. Now make small balls from this mixture, heat the ghee in another pan turn the heat to slow and fry the balls till they turn golden. It will take 15 minute per batch.

    Now add the fried balls in milk and cook for 5 to 8 minutes more. Switch off the gas and garnish with chopped nuts. Serve c
