Ingredients

2 serving
  • 2 cupsrice
  • 1big ripe plantain
  • 2big carrot
  • handfulpeas
  • 10seed fresh tomatoes
  • to tastefresh pepper
  • 1big size onions
  • vegetable oil
  • curry species
  • chicken
  • to tastesalt
  • 1 cubeknor seasoning

Steps

  1. 1

    Put rice in boiling pot

  2. 2

    Allow to boil for 5mins and wash

  3. 3

    Chop your vegetables and fry your onions, tomatoes and pepper.

  4. 4

    Add species to the fried sauce. Leave for 1min and add your chicken stock allow to boil then add your rice.

  5. 5

    Allow to cook until rice becomes tender and water dried up then add your carrot and peas.leave for 2mins and remove from heat.

  6. 6

    Fry your plantain and chicken in a deep fry. When it becomes brown you remove from heat.

  7. 7

    Your food is ready to eat.
