Ingredients

  • 400 gramspasta
  • 4 clovegarlic cloves
  • 6tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbspTomota paste
  • salt
  • 1 cuptomato ketchup
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tspchilli powder
  • 1 mediumcapsicum, julian
  • 2 cupsausages, julian
  • 1 cupmozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsporegano

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the pasta and keep aside with olive oil added.

  2. 2

    Fry the garlic until light brown then add the ingredients from 3-8 and mix it well for 2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add the pasta and mix it.

  4. 4

    Add sausages and capsicum and mix. Add oregano.

  5. 5

    Plate it out and garnish it with mozzarella cheese.
