  1. 4 slicesalmon fillets
  2. 1 tbspblack pepper
  3. 1 1/2 tbspchili powder
  4. 2 tbspgarlic powder
  5. 2 tspkosher salt
  6. 2 tbspoil
  7. 4 tbspgreek yogurt

  1. 1

    Mix together the chili powder, garlic powder, black pepper and kosher salt in a small bowl. Rub all over the fish.

  2. 2

    Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium- high heat, for about 3 minutes. Brush with the oil.

  3. 3

    Place the fish, skin side up, in the skillet. Cook until blackened and crisp, 3 minutes per side.

  4. 4

    4. Remove skillet from heat and cover it tightly with foil and let fish finish cooking. Drizzle with greek yogurt and serve with roasted veggies.
