Ingredients

1large Sweet Orange, peeled and chopped
1large Ripe Mango (the more ripe the sweeter), chopped
3/4 canCrushed Pineapples with juice (can sub fresh pineapple)
1/2Apple (I used red), chopped
2Carrots, chopped
2 tbspCranberry (No Sugar Added) Juice
1 tspOrganic Coconut Oil
1Ice (the more the fresher, the less the sweeter)
1Lime, 1 squirt (Optional)
