Ingredients

  1. 1medium-large banana
  2. 1 cupstrawberries
  3. 1the juice of 1 cara cara orange
  4. 1 cupGreek yogurt
  5. 1handful or two of ice

  1. 1

    Put the fruit in a blender and blend well

  2. 2

    Add the yogurt and blend well. I use a high setting for this do it comes out smooth

  3. 3

    Add the ice. A few cubes at a time if you need. I use the ice crusher setting so there are no chunks left. Blend well until smooth.
