Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbground beef
  2. 1 largeonion chopped
  3. 1 tbspWorcester sauce
  4. 1 eachegg
  5. 1 cupbread crumbs
  6. 1 tspgarlic powder
  7. 1 tsponion powder
  8. 1salt and pepper to taste
  9. 2 tbspoil

  1. 1

    Combine a quarter of chopped onion to beef and mix

  2. 2

    Combine Worcester sauce,egg,breadcrumbs and seasoning to beef and mix.

  3. 3

    Form beef into size of choice patties.

  4. 4

    Add oil to pan and heat on med high. Add remaining onions and once onions start to sizzle add patties on top of onions

  5. 5

    Brown patties on each side (4-5) mins.each side.

  6. 6

    Reduce heat to med. Add all patties and simmer about.15 mins

  7. 7

    Add all patties cover and simmer about 15. Mins flipping halfway through.

very good my little kids don't like much but loved these. made gravy with it. no left overs 😀😀😀
