1/3 cupsour cream
2 tbspdill minced
2 tbspchives minced
1salt
1pepper
1 tbspchipotle chili pepper powder
1 tbspwhite pepper
1milk

mix all ingredients except milk together in a bowl.

add milk slowly to get the consistency you are looking for (it should drizzle off your spoon but not be too runny)
