Ingredients

1 hour 10 mins
  • 4Ripe bananas
  • 1/3 cupMelted butter
  • 1 cupSugar
  • 1Egg (beaten)
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • 1 tspBaking soda
  • 1 pinchSalt
  • 1 1/2 cupFlour

Steps

1 hour 10 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Mix butter into bananas

  3. 3

    Mix sugar, egg, vanilla into mixture

  4. 4

    Sprinkle in baking powder and salt, mix

  5. 5

    Add flour last

  6. 6

    Pour into buttered loaf pan, bake for 1 hour

  7. 7

    Cool on rack
