Cooking Instructions

Cut the meat into pieces.

Chop the onions and grate the carrot and skin the tomatoes. Slice the cabbage

Fry half the chopped onion in a sufuria and add two of the skinned tomatoes chopped and the grated carrot and mix

Add in the sliced cabbage and stir a bit of salt to taste. Cook for five minutes

Fry the remaining onions in a sufuria add the beef and stir.
- 6
Add in the tomatoes and keep mixing. Add a cup of water and salt to taste and stir. Leave to cook for ten minutes

Serve
