Steps

Wash and grated carrots.

Heat a heavy bottomed pan. Add ghee and grated carrots. Stirfryup for 10 minutes

Add milk and cook on medium heat. Stirring continuously till milk iscompletely absorbed.

Add cashew powder and sugar
- 5
Add Elaichi powder and cook till dry.
- 6
Remove from heat and serve right away. Sprinkle cashews and pistas. To make it more richer you can add some rabri on top.
