2 tbspButter
1Chicken (cut up)
3/4 cupBarbecue sauce
1/3Pineapple (chopped)
1/2 cupPineapple Juice
1Chopped bell pepper (optional one onion as well)

Steps

Sauté cut up chicken in 2 T butter.

Place in 2 quart casserole dish.

Add pineapple, barbecue, bell pepper, and pineapple juice to dish.

Pour sauce over all.

Cover and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
