Ingredients

  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1Chicken (cut up)
  • 3/4 cupBarbecue sauce
  • 1/3Pineapple (chopped)
  • 1/2 cupPineapple Juice
  • 1Chopped bell pepper (optional one onion as well)

Steps

  1. 1

    Sauté cut up chicken in 2 T butter.

  2. 2

    Place in 2 quart casserole dish.

  3. 3

    Add pineapple, barbecue, bell pepper, and pineapple juice to dish.

  4. 4

    Pour sauce over all.

  5. 5

    Cover and bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

  6. 6

    Enjoy!
