Ingredients

  1. pork loin
  2. 12 piecebacon
  3. 1choice of seasoning
  4. 1pork tenderloin
  5. 2cheeses sticks of choice
  6. 2sweet peppers
  7. 1/2jalapeno
  8. 1cream cheese (optional)
  9. 1pepperoni
  10. 1salami

Cooking Instructions

1 hour 15 mins
  1. 1

    Smoke pork loin for about an hour.

  2. 2

    Create 6×6 bacon lattice.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle seasoning on bacon.

  4. 4

    Place remaining ingredients on lattice and roll.

  5. 5

    Grill for about 20 minutes, or until internal temperature is 145°F.
