Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 4 1/2 cupRhubarb
  2. 3/4 cupwhite sugar
  3. 1 packages3 Oz jello (strawberry or raspberry )
  4. 1 boxwhite cake mix (not prepared )
  5. 1/2 cupbutter
  6. 1 cupwater

    HEAT OVEN TO 350

  2. 2

    Lightly grease a 9x13 pan, place cut up rhubarb in pan

  3. 3

    Sprinkle the sugar, then the dry jello over the rhubarb

  4. 4

    Pour cake mix over rhubarb

  5. 5

    Pour butter over dry cake mix, then the water

  6. 6

    Bake at 350 for 45 mins.

  7. 7

    If using frozen rhubarb, reduce water to only 1/2 c.
