Ingredients

  • 1 headcabbage cut
  • 2each zucchini
  • 1/4 tspground ginger
  • 1onion, chopped
  • 1 dashgarlic powder
  • 3 dashbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbspapple cider vinegar
  • 2 dashChipotle chili powder
  • 1salt crushed black pepper
  • 1soy sauce
  • 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin or less
  • 2 tbspwhite sugar

  1. 1

    Cut cabbage and zucchini

  2. 2

    Add oil and vegetables to pan. Season with spices listed above. Heat till desired texture. remove from heat and eat.

  3. 3

    I like mine just warmed up so I turn it on high for about 3 minutes turn off and cover. Till I'm ready to eat.

    You can add different things like carrots, water chestnuts, pepper or even meat to make it a simple meal.

    Note: taste as you go to adjust your spices.
