Garlic, Butter and Panko Crusted Chicken

Preheat oven to 425°

Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with foil and spray with non stick cooking spray.

Place chicken in baking dish and season lightly with salt and pepper.

Spread a half tablespoon of mayonnaise evenly over each chicken breast

Sprinkle panko crumbs over each chicken breast. Gently press panko crumbs into mayo to help them stick. Sprinkle granulated garlic (to taste) over each chicken breast.

Drizzle chicken with melted butter

Bake 20 - 30 minutes on middle rack until crust is golden and chicken is cooked through.
