Ingredients

1 1/2 cupSugar
1/2 cupOil
2Eggs
1 tbspBaking powder
1/2 cupMilk
3/4 cupFlour
1 1/2 cupMarshmallow (mini)
3 cupCut up rhubarb not peeled

Steps

Make cake batter. Flour,sugar,eggs baking powder and milk stir till smooth. Pour on top of rhubarb and marshmallows.

Put rhubarb in cake pan sprinkle 1/2 c sugar and put mini marshmallows on the bottom.

Bake for 350 for 50min. I put dream whip on top.
