Ingredients: 250 gm Green chilies; 25 gm methi dana Dal/Koriya (crushed fenugreek seeds); 10 gm mustard seeds dal/rai Koriya; 1 tsp Fennel seeds /saunf crushed; 1 tsp Turmeric powder; to taste Salt; 2 tbsp Mustard oil; 1 tsp white vinegar /Lemon juice

1 tspFennel seeds /saunf crushed
1 tspTurmeric powder
to tasteSalt
2 tbspMustard oil
1 tspwhite vinegar /Lemon juice

Steps

Cut green pieces in desired size.

Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard oil. Once oil starts to smoke add all ingredients except vinegar. Mix properly. Saute for 1-2 minutes.

Transfer into bowl. Let it cool.

Once cooled add vinegar. Store it in glass jar.
