Ingredients

  1. 1 pieceSalmon
  2. 1/2 eachwhite onion diced
  3. 1/2 eachtomato diced
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 2 tbspcranberry pear balsamic vinegar
  6. salt and white pepper
  7. 1/2 bunchfresh cilantro chopped

Steps

  1. 1

    coat salmon filet in olive oil, salt and pepper. bake at 350°F for 25 mins.

  2. 2

    sauté onions in olive oil, then add tomato, deglaze with vinegar. remove from heat. add cilantro, salt and pepper.

  3. 3

    plate salmon, then top with relish.
