Ingredients

  1. 4 cupBef stock
  2. 2Carrots chopped
  3. 2Onions chopped
  4. 1 bunchCilantro chopped
  5. 3Potatoes big chops
  6. 4 cloveGarlic chopped
  7. 1/2 cupFresh tomatoes pure
  8. 2 tbspParsley chopped
  9. 1 bunchBrisket in pieces

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the brisket in the stock and 1/2 cup of water for 2 hours. Bring all the ingredients in the pot and cook medium heat for 2 more and DONE!
