  • 4 cupBef stock
  • 2Carrots chopped
  • 2Onions chopped
  • 1 bunchCilantro chopped
  • 3Potatoes big chops
  • 4 cloveGarlic chopped
  • 1/2 cupFresh tomatoes pure
  • 2 tbspParsley chopped
  • 1 bunchBrisket in pieces

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the brisket in the stock and 1/2 cup of water for 2 hours. Bring all the ingredients in the pot and cook medium heat for 2 more and DONE!
