With oil Pan fried dried shrimp / dried prawn / hae bee with garlic and dried chili flake till fragrance and crispy but garlic are not burn , add in carrot stir fry then broccoli with oyster mushroom and 1bottle of essence of chicken or you can use any stock then cover lid.

Stir fry and mix well after 2 minutes then add a dash of salt and cover lid again for another 3 minutes or longer till vegetables are cooked
