Steps

Boil spinach. Grind it. Put it in a bowl on flame. Add besan (4 to 5 spoon) or accordingly. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder.

Make balls and deep fry it.

Make paste of onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli.

Heat oil. Add hing.

Add the paste of onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli and chopped tomato.

Saute it till the paste start leaving oil.

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and garam masala. Saute it.

Then add cream and saute it till it starts leaving oil.

Add the lukewarm milk and water together.

Boil it for atleast 10 mins.

Then add balls. Boil once.

The palak kofta is ready. Garnish it with coriander leaves.

Serve it hot.
