Steps

Cut cauliflower into small pieces and boil it.

Put fry pan on gas flame. Add oil to it.

Add cumin seed to the oil.

Add giner-garlic-green chilli paste and saute it for 2-3 min.

Add onion paste, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt to it and saute it till the paste start leaving oil.

Add boiled gobi to the paste and saute it. Leave it for 5 min.

After 5 min switch off the gas flame.

Garnish with coriander leaves.

Serve it with hot parathas.
