  1. 8 ozdried beef
  2. 1 cupsauerkraut rinsed drained and cut
  3. 1pack cream cheese
  4. 2 cupshredded swiss cheese
  5. 1/2 cupthousand island dressing

    Cut up the dried beef into small pieces

    Mix all other ingredients together.

    Bake at 400°F for 30 min.

    Serve with small rye breads, small pitas, wheat thins, or whatever cracker or bread you like.
