Ingredients

30 mins
  1. 1/2 largewatermelon ( seedless or de-seeded)
  2. 1/4 cupsimple syrup (more if you like it sweeter)
  3. 1/2 mediumfresh lemon juice
  4. 1ice
  5. 1shot of vodka per serving ( optional )

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Remove rind from watermelon, then cut into 2 inch pieces.

  2. 2

    Purée de-seeded or seedless watermelon in blender, then strain into pitcher.

  3. 3

    Add juice from 1/2 fresh lemon and simple syrup to pitcher

  4. 4

    Pour over ice add optional shot of vodka stir. Serve immediately
