When I'm feeling a head cold coming on or stuffed up I use one of these in the shower. They work wonderfully.

1 cupbaking soda
1/2 cupcornstarch
1/3 cupwater
3 tspvic's salve

Heat water to melt the Vic's salve . add baking soda and cornstarch to make a paste.

Line cupcake tons with cupcake papers and fill them half way with the paste.

Let it sit over night to dry. Remove papers and put into air tight containers.

Place a disk in the shower with you when you are stuffed up and have a head cold. This is very soothing. The water and heat from the shower will dissolve the disks and the aroma of the Vic's will help your stuffiness. I've already checked with a plumber before using and this will NOT affect the drains in any way!
