Ingredients

8 servings

3 bunchBroccoli crowns, chopped
1/2Red onion, finely chopped
7 sliceBacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup"Craisins" (dried cranberries)
Dressing
1 1/2 cupMayonnaise
3/4 cupWhite sugar
1 tbspApple cider vinegar

Chop broccoli and add in crumbled bacon, chopped onion and Craisins.

Mix the dressing and pour over broccoli salad and mix well.

Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator first. Either way is good!
