Ingredients

  1. 2 1/2 cupsRice
  2. 1Olives with pimentos and red peppers
  3. 2 envelopeSazon
  4. 4 tbspVegetable Oil
  5. 2 1/2 tbspAdobo
  6. 1Bouillon cube
  7. 1/2 tbspSalt
  8. 2 tbspOnion powder
  9. 2 tspPepper
  10. 2 tbspGarlic powder

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    1) take vegetable oil and heat in your favorite rice pot. Add garlic,onion powder, sazon, bouillon cube, pepper,salt,adobo and fry seasoning watch closely not to burn.

    Add rice and mix seasoning and rice very well, let the rice and seasonings fry for 2-3 min stirring occasionally.

    Add olives and a little bit of the juice from the olives.

    Add water just to cover the rice let it begin to boil, cover tightly and reduce heat let rice cook for 20-25 min. Check doneness of rice fluff and enjoy.

This was great! So easy to follow. I added a red bell pepper and half an onion. Delish!
