Ingredients

  1. 1whole wheat tortilla
  2. 4 oztuna
  3. 3romaine lettuce
  4. 1/4 cupcelery
  5. 2 tbsptomato
  6. 2 tbspgreen onion
  7. 1 tbspgreen pepper
  8. 1 1/2 tbspmayonnaise
  9. 3/4 tbspdijon mustard
  10. 1/2 tbspgrated parmesan cheese
  11. 1/2 tspground black pepper
  12. 1/4 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash all veggies.

    Cut white center out of lettuce. Shred and line on center of tortilla.

    Empty tuna into mixing bowl. Dice all veggies, add to bowl.

  4. 4

    Mix all ingredients together, along with mustard, mayonaisse, black pepper, and salt.

  5. 5

    Cover lettuce with tuna salad mix. Wrap ends in, and roll tortilla closed. Cut in half and enjoy.
