Steps
- 1
To prepare tortillas mix with hands flour + soda + butter + salt + water.
- 2
Leave for 30 minutes by covering so that it doesn't dry.
- 3
Cut balls from the dough and roll with a rolling-pin until you have round forms of 0,3 sm height and 20-25 sm diameter.
- 4
Put the round doughs to pan on gas until they become red then turn.
- 5
After all are ready cover them so that they don't dry. You can keep them for a week in fridge.
- 6
To prepare the filling, cut the chicken into small cubes and fry by mixing periodically. Add salt and ground pepper.
- 7
Add cut tomatoes, onion, pepper, ketchup, tomato paste.
- 8
Boil rice and add to the previous. Add also grated cheese and small cut greens (I took mint, celery, parsley)
- 9
Take some filling with a spoon and roll into the tortillas. Put into microwave to make it softer.
