Ingredients: 1 lb ground hamburger or turkey meat; 3 tbsp cooking oil; 6 cup water; 4 tsp powdered chicken bullion; 3 cup frozen tortellini; 1 *Potato Flakes 1/2 cup; 1 bell pepper diced; 1 onion, chopped; 1 potato diced; 1 yellow zuchini squash diced; 3 tsp ground cumin; 3 tbsp minced garlic from jar in water; 1/2 tsp chili powder; 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes; 1 tbsp dried parsley; 2 tbsp dried chives; 2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro; 1/2 tsp ground oregano; 1 tsp sweet paprika; 1 can diced tomato's; 1 can black beans drained; 2 can 8oz tomato sauce

I had some tortellini leftover from another recipe and my son had been asking for chili....So I came up with this :-) I hope that your family enjoys this as much as mine did! Would love to see your pics and comments on how yours turns out!

3 tbspcooking oil
6 cupwater
4 tsppowdered chicken bullion
3 cupfrozen tortellini
1*Potato Flakes 1/2 cup
fresh veggies
1bell pepper diced
1onion, chopped
1potato diced
1yellow zuchini squash diced
spices
3 tspground cumin
3 tbspminced garlic from jar in water
1/2 tspchili powder
1/2 tspred pepper flakes
1 tbspdried parsley
2 tbspdried chives
2 tbspfresh chopped cilantro
1/2 tspground oregano
1 tspsweet paprika
canned goods
1 candiced tomato's
1 canblack beans drained
2 can8oz tomato sauce

In large pot heat oil. Then add all of the fresh veggies garlic cilantro and cumin saute for about 5 minutes then add meat and cook until meat is browned. Do not drain!

Add water, remaining spices, bullion and canned goods stir well. Bring to hard boil then add tortellini bring back to boil. After 15 minutes reduce heat to low and simmer for about 30 minutes or until tortellini reaches your desired texture.

If you desire a thinker consistency of the sauce stir in the 1/2 cup of dried potato flakes at the end. Cook for 5 more minutes
