  1. 2 cupstrawberries, chopped halves
  2. 3 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  3. 1 tbspsugar
  4. 1 tbspfresh lemon juice (optional)

  1. 1

    Place the strawberries in a medium bowl and add all the ingredients, mixing well until blended.

    Or cover the bowl and shake it gently to coat well with the vinegar.

    Marinate for at least 15-20 minutes before serving. Serve and enjoy!
