I been cooking this since i was 13 now cooking it for my teenagers
Steps

Take chicken and soak in a dash of vinegar and 1 tbsp of meat tenderizer seasoning or salt

After soaking for at least an hour or longer rinse thoroughly

Set oven to 375
- 4
Place chicken in baking dish and season to your liking
- 5
Cover pan with aluminum foil and place in oven for 2 hours more or less depending on the cut of chicken you choose

When chicken is almost done take out oven and mix juice from chicken and can of soup together and then add back to dish and place back in the oven uncovered until it is to your desired thickness

Serve over rice or cook rice insinde dish with veggies for complete meal
