Place the chopped onion, paprika, garlic and chili and fry with olive oil on a pen.

Season the minced meat with chili powder, thyme.

add the meat to the frying pen and add the cinnamon stick.

Add tomato paste to the pen(add boiling water if needed)

the last 5 min add the brown beans, beer or bourbon and the slices of pineapple.

Serve on a soup plate and enjoy!
