Ingredients

  1. 1onion, chopped
  2. 1/2paprika
  3. 2garlic cloves
  4. 2chopped chilis
  5. 250 gramsMinced meat
  6. 1 1/2 tbspchili powder
  7. 1 tbspthyme
  8. 1 stickcinnamon
  9. 200 gramstomato paste
  10. 400 gramsBrown beans
  11. Beer or J&B
  12. 2 slicePineapple
  13. 2 tbspolive oil, extra virgin

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Place the chopped onion, paprika, garlic and chili and fry with olive oil on a pen.

  2. 2

    Season the minced meat with chili powder, thyme.

  3. 3

    add the meat to the frying pen and add the cinnamon stick.

  4. 4

    Add tomato paste to the pen(add boiling water if needed)

  5. 5

    the last 5 min add the brown beans, beer or bourbon and the slices of pineapple.

  6. 6

    Serve on a soup plate and enjoy!
