I was craving Chinese but didn't want to feel like crap from all the sodium after so instead of take out I made it myself👌
Cooking Instructions

Take a large skillet, add oil heat it up. Add chicken (cut into strips or chunks) with chopped garlic and lightly brown.

Removed chicken and add chopped red & yellow bell peppers cook for 1 minute until soft.

Then bring to simmer the brown sugar, pineapple juice, pineapple chunks & rice wine vinegar (can sub white wine vinegar) & chicken stock.

Once reduced add the corn starch mixture slowly but keep stirring. Then add the chicken strips and cook for 5 minutes.

Serve over rice👌(Hint: you could top with bottled sweet and sour for an extra kick)
