Steps

Cut chicken 2x2cm, add all ingredients until well combined

Fry the chicken in non stick pan/pot until golden brown and crunchy

Meanwhile make the sauce: heat 1Tsp of oil, add onion, capsicum until soften
- 4
Add pineapple chunks with the juice and the rest of the ingredients
- 5
Add corn starch to thicken the sauce. Add fried chicken to the sauce and combine
- 6
Serve with steamed rice
