Ingredients

  • 5 largecucumbers
  • 2 cupof garbanzo beans
  • 1 dashSalt
  • 2 tbspFresh ground pepper
  • 2 cupOlive oil
  • 3 tbspRed wine vinegar
  • 8Leaves of basil
  • 1/2Pita pockets

Steps

  1. 1

    Dice cucumbers

  2. 2

    Rinse off garbanzo beans

  3. 3

    Mix beans and cucumbers

  4. 4

    Grind up pepper. If this isn't an option, pre- ground is fine as well.

  5. 5

    Chop up basil and add that to the mixture

  6. 6

    Add in red wine vinegar, olive oil, and salt

  7. 7

    Mix all ingredients together. Put into pita bread
