After a grueling day at work, to tired to do any major cooking I decided to throw this dish together with what I found in the fridge. To our surprise it turned out better then I could have ever anticipated!

After a grueling day at work, to tired to do any major cooking I decided to throw this dish together with what I found in the fridge. To our surprise it turned out better then I could have ever anticipated!

Preheat oven to 350°

Place thawed tenderized roundsteak in a 9 x 13 inch oven safe baking dish - salt and pepper to taste ( very important to remove ALL of the fat - otherwise the fat will make the dish soupy)

Chop and mix vegetables then place on top of roundsteak
- 4
Scoop out mushroom soup and place on top of vegetables
- 5
Add 2 tablespoons of Marsala wine
- 6
Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour

Remove foil and bake for an additional 30 min
- 8
Serve over rice
