Ingredients

  • 2 tbspbutter
  • 2 tbspminced onion
  • 2 cupsliced green tomatoes
  • 3/4 tspsalt
  • 1/4 tsppaprika
  • 1/2 tspcurry powder

    Saute onions in butter until light brown. Add tomatoes, stir and cook until tender. Season with salt, paprika, and curry powder.
