  • 3-4karela (cut into rings)
  • 1/2brinjal (cut into small cubes)
  • To tastesalt
  • 1/2 tea spoonturmeric powder
  • As neededoil for frying

    Add oil in a pan heat and add the karela

    Now add salt and turmeric powder and cover it

  3. 3

    Add the brinjal cubes and mix well and cover till it becomes tender

  4. 4

    Finally fry it well and switch off the fire

  5. 5

    Serve it hot with steaming hot rice
