Ingredients

20 minutes
  • 1/2 kgoyster mushroom
  • 200 gramflour
  • 1garlic
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 1 tspboillon powder
  • 50 mlwater (approximately)
  • Oil
  • Tomato sauce (optional)

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix 100 gram flour, salt, buillon powder, chopped garlic, and water. Then coat mushroom in it

    Coat (again) mushroom in a 100gram dry flour

    Heat pan and add oil. Fry mushroom until golden brown and crispy

    Serve it😊 best with tomato sauce
