Mix besan with turmeric, sugar and salt and add water and make thick batter.

Now add eno in besan batter and aerate it.

Now first grease dhokla pan and put on steamer.

Pour it in pan and steam it for 10 mins.

Add oil jeera hing green chilli and curry leaves tadka and pour it on dhokla and cut it into square. And serve
