Steps

Put pan on stove and put on medium heat

Add sesame oil and let it warm up

Add chopped spring onion and stir for 1 min

Put in chopped chilly peppers and stir for another minute

Add Chinese 5 spice and stir for another 2 minutes.

Put the cooked onions and chilly peppers in a plate and set aside

Add water to pan and stock cube. Stir and make sure you use your wooden spatula to get any flavour stuck on your pan

Let the water come to a boil and lower heat to low/medium.a

Add rice noodle and separate them every now and then. Let them cook for 2 mins

Add back onions and chilly peppersa

Add spinach and soy sauce and stir

Let it cook for 5 minutes. Taste and add soy sauce and salt accordingly

Take off the heat and serve!
