Ingredients

1/2Sliced Onion
6 clovesgarlic
1/2 cupolive oil
1/4 cupvinegar
1/2Green peppers
1Tilapia

Steps

In a saucepan mix the the oil and let it heat. After put in the vinegar and the onions and green pepper. Leave the garlic for the end as garluc tends to cook fast.

After everything starts to cook together and its starting to smell good, you will add the tilapia. (I buy the Tilapia that comes clean and ready in a bag).

Cook the tilpia for 8-10 mins, then remove from pan.
