Ingredients

  1. 24 eachwontons
  2. 5 largeeggs
  3. 4 eachpre cooked sausage links
  4. 1 tbspbutter
  5. 1 packagescheese ( any kind you like)
  6. 1 cupmushrooms
  7. 1 dashground black pepper
  8. 1 dashonion powder
  9. 1 dashgarlic powder
  10. 1 dashmilk

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Take out a muffin pan and spray with cooking spray

  3. 3

    Line muffin pan with wonton 2 wontons per cup so they make a cup

  4. 4

    Place shredded cheese on the bottom of the wonton bowls

  5. 5

    Place tablespoon of butter into a frying pan and melt

  6. 6

    Crack 5 eggs and add a lil bit of milk, pepper, onion poweder and garlic powder and mix.

  7. 7

    Poor egg mixture into frying pan and cook till almost set adding chopped precooked sausage links and chopped mushrooms while cooking eggs

  8. 8

    Fill wonton cups will egg mixture top with shredded cheese and bake for about 12min.
