Ingredients

  • 6 ozDark baker's chocolate, melted
  • 3/4 cupAll purpose flour
  • 1/3 cupBaking cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tspBaking powder
  • 1/4 tspSalt
  • 1/2 cupUnsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cupBrown sugar, packed
  • 2 eachEggs
  • 1 cupPowdered sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk together dry ingredients. (flour, cocoa, salt, baking powder)

  2. 2

    Cream butter and sugar

  3. 3

    Add eggs, one at a time

  4. 4

    Add melted chocolate

  5. 5

    Add in dry

  6. 6

    Chill at least 2 hours, preferably overnight

  7. 7

    Use small cookie scoop, roll in powdered sugar and place on cookie sheet

  8. 8

    Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
