Blondie's Grilled Pineapple 2

Steps
- 1
Make sure your grill is hot.
- 2
Cut off both ends of the pineapple and throw them away.
- 3
*Pineapple slices are less likely to break if you slice the pineapple into rounds, then remove the core, and finally use a paring knife to peel away the outer skin.*
- 4
**Cut away any dark bits and pieces.**
- 5
Whisk together the honey, water, and ginger.
- 6
Brush both sides of the pineapple with the glaze and grill over high heat, 3 to 5 minutes per side.
- 7
Turn pineapple carefully by using a spatula.
- 8
***Keep an eye on this process as the glaze can burn and turn black very quickly. The ideal color should be caramel.***
- 9
****I often serve this with ice cream.****
- 10
******This is my non alcoholic version.******
